Paris Centre for Quantum Technologies (PCQT)
The Paris Centre for Quantum Technologies (PCQT) brings together universities (Université Paris Cité, Université PSL, Université Sorbonne Paris Nord, CY Cergy Paris Universités, and Sorbonne Université) alongside the CNRS and Inria around a shared ambition: to make Paris a global center of excellence in quantum sciences and technologies.
It builds on a strong tradition of collaboration among physicists, computer scientists, and engineers to structure and energize the Parisian quantum community.
The consortium supports research in four key areas:

Quantum computing (hardware, software, simulation, and error correction)

Communication and post-quantum cryptography

Quantum sensors and metrology

Enabling technologies (cryogenics, optics, electronics, materials)
By fostering synergies between fundamental research and technological innovation, PCQT enhances the international visibility of the Parisian hub and accelerates the development of tomorrow’s quantum technologies.
