The SMARTS-UP project, which led to the creation of the 29 Graduate Schools at Université Paris Cité, plays a major role in the internationalization of research-based education. Each year, the program awards incoming and outgoing mobility scholarships to master’s students within a Graduate School.

Outgoing mobility scholarships for students of Université Paris Cité
We offer outgoing mobility scholarships to help students join international organizations. These scholarships are open to all students of Université Paris Cité Graduate Schools who wish to undertake an internship abroad lasting between 1 and 6 months.
Incoming mobility scholarships for international students
We promote the internationalization of Master’s programs by facilitating the admission of international students. To this end, incoming mobility scholarships are available for the associated Graduate Schools, enabling these students to join various Master’s programs.
